Redemption Instructions
HOW TO UNLOCK YOUR BIKE
Step 1: Unlock your bike using the bike lock combo of for the day of 7030 and pull to release.
Step 2: Bring the bike lock and/or cable with you for use through-out the day
Step 3: Remove the bike from the rack and head outside
HOW TO USE THE BIKE
Step 1: Hit the Power button on the left hand side of the handle bar to Power on the bike
Step 2: The bike has two modes on the right hand handle bar there is a throttle to use the bike like a motorcycle. Twisting the throttle back towards you will allow you to cruise around with out using the pedals. Doing so will only give you 10 miles of range
Step 3: The other option is pedal assist. The up and down arrows on the left side of the handlebars give you more assistance as you pedal. 0 being no assistance and 4 being the max. Using this will give you the max amount of battery in conjunction with the gears to go on a nice long ride.
HOW TO RETURN AND LOCK YOUR BIKE
Step 1: Park the bike back in the rack
Step 2: Lock the bike to the bike rack
Step 3: Call or Text us if anything is wrong with the bike that should be addressed.
HOW TO ENJOY YOUR RIDE/FAQ'S
BATTERY LIFE: Please watch your battery through out your ride to gauge how far you can ride. The Battery meter is located on the screen with the battery icon for 5 bars. Running out of battery and associated bike retrieval is an additional $200 per bike.
SWITCHING TO CONSERVE BATTERY: If you are half way through your ride and running out of battery, you can switch with another rider who has the most of battery. This will help you get the most out of your battery life
FLAT TIRE/MECHANICAL ISSUE: Call/Text us to see if we can troubleshoot the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue. Lock the bike up and communicate with us on it's location.
RETURN TIME: Please returning the bikes back to their rack by 6 PM. Failure to do so will result in an overdue fee of $50 for every 30 minutes
