The ask you to arrive 30 minutes early to check in. My family and I did so and checked in and they left us in the waiting area outside for the entire time. All other groups were called and went on Jeep tours. After 15 minutes I called their phone number and was told to wait there. After another 15 minutes went by, I flagged down a driver and told him and he directed us to the office. We went into the office and was told there was an accident in town and the tour was cancelled, and we would be refunded our money. That did not make up for the hour we waited in their waiting area or the fact that many other groups went on a tour while we waited. The manager seemed disinterested in our complaint and had nothing to offer other than our money back.

Pink Jeep tours are fantastic- the tour guide was amazing and told great stories and took great photos of us at the top! Highly recommend!

Pink Jeep Tours was one of the highlights of Sedona. Our tour guide Tony was friendly, educational, knowledgeable, and a fun story teller. (A bit of a daredevil as well) This tour is not for the faint of heart. The jeep travels over bumpy and rock filled dirt roads but it was so much fun. If you go to Sedona and don't take this tour you don't know what you are missing!! Highly recommended.

We made our way to the Pink Jeep headquarters for a 1 pm tour. We were promptly met by Bonnie with a cheerful and enthusiastic smile. Our party and another family were delighted with how cool this experience was shaping up. I was privy to a front seat as I walk with a cane. Bonnie was so hospitable. We made a crawl up the canyon witnessing so many beautiful wonders of nature. Bonnie was so informative! Gave us the ride of our life in Sedona. Bonnie is a seasoned guide who left us with a family memory we can look back on for many years to come. Thank you Pink Jeep and especially thank you Bonnie.
