This is a fraud - both Viator and the Tour company.
This is the most fradulent tour and a tour company as well as VIATOR that I have ever booked and used. Nowhere in the description does it say that WE HAVE TO drive to each of the 6 colleges. If we are driving, why the hell do we need this tour? The customer service is completely unresponsive. Once we reached the first location, we came to know that it is self-driven. I had called Viator before booking, and even they did not tell me that this is self-driven. I had booked this tour for my three senior relatives so that they could go on a tour bus.
I asked for a refund, and they only gave 50%.
