We had a great time- the boat was clean and well kept, the crew was friendly and informative and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Bonus- we saw a lot of whales!!

The crew was spectacular. They worked really hard to ensure everyone had a great time and even turned back around so that we could see a whale. They were so kind and welcoming, and wonderful with our kids. And the food was incredible! I couldn't say enough great things about this experience and would 12/10 highly recommend.

They never showed up to get us. They were on the boat but never came down to talk to us or tell us why there was a delay. They didn't respond to our messages or phone calls and even the TripAdvisor agent couldn't get through to them. Then they had the audacity to tell the safety guy who came off the boat to say that the captain told us to check our booking date. Do not book with them. Worst customer experience. Extremely disappointed and terrible communication.

Awesome breakfast and views. We were able to see several whales and dolphins! Our family had a great time on this trip. Mahalo!

We didn’t see any whales but the food was delicious and the staff was wonderful! They worked hard to make the best out of a bad situation.
