I booked the 6:30 cruise. And LUCKILY I was still awake the night before when I got a text saying the cruise was canceled because not enough people are going. I completely get the why they canceled, but who the hell cancels at 10:30 THE NIGHT BEFORE

Would have gave 0 stars if I could. Got to the dock 30 minutes prior to 6 as instructed and the tour operators decided to not show up without an email or anything.

No one showed up for the cruise and sunrise has now passed. People here and no crew has arrived for the sunrise brunch

Got stood up, hope we at least get our money back after the time wasted on Ubers there and back. We booked the 6:30 am sunrise cruise for my birthday and were stood up. We got there early at 5:50 because it says to be there by 6. Waited for over an hour and never saw anyone. Tried to contact the tour operator multiple times and no answer, highly unprofessional I do NOT RECOMMEND.
