Didn't see anything but birds, but it is the worst month to go, but trip was great and they were friendly and we got free tickets for not seeing any wild life. No expiration date, can be used anytime. So overall great time!

We did see gray whales, however, due to distance restrictions they were 50 to 100 yards away (the whales only show the top of their body and their tales, not the jumps out of water shown in the ads), so you basically needed binoculars. The boat found a pack relatively soon after departing and then we spent the entire 2-3 hours listening to the (while passionate and knowledgeable) ship guide talked non stop trying to fill the time between the whales resurfacing. It got to be a bit much. We would have enjoyed more exploration of the ocean by the captain and ship guide. The boat was nice and decent size.

We got caught in traffic behind a road construction project on highway 1 and arrived at 12:32 - only to watch the boat leaving without us. No call, no attempt to see if we were close. Extremely disappointing. We did get a refund though.

This is awesome. We saw groups of whales (8 in total) and some dolphins, sun fish, otters…etc.
The cruise members are super organized and friendly as well, highly recommended!
