Husband and I spent our 10 year wedding anniversary at QCNY today (5 hour session) and it was brilliant. (Caveat - You must go with realistic expectations that if it's a beautifully sunny Saturday in August, it'll be busy!) The amount of people didn't matter at all as there are lots of seats (you have to check round the left side of the building too!) and SO many things to do inside the spa. 4 outdoor pools, loads of water based rooms and treatments indoors and also free under-eye and foot treatments guided by staff available to attend every half an hour. 2 towels per person provided along with flip flops, gown and tote bag inside lockers was a lovely addition. We only bought a soft drink each (which were no more expensive than the rest of Manhatten) but can't comment on food. As a Brit who visits lots of spas, I found this many water/spa/sauna etc offerings included in the price as well as ferry tickets and access to waters, coffee, tea and fruit all day very good value for money. We actually felt like 5 hours wasn't quite enough time to even explore the whole building. I really hope we can come back some day! That view of the Manhatten skyline whilst you relax in the pool is unbeatable. Thank you to the staff who were very helpful all day in directing us to rooms and hosting spa activities, we've had such a memorable day.
