The wonderful part: the server Russell was excellent, extremely friendly, great personality great service. I've never had someone like this, especially not expected in Manhattan. He wasn't expecting anything in return and wished us a happy holiday. Food was great, average portion and tasty. Recommended! Not so good part: I realized we might be the 1st visitor using this voucher, the managers did not know how to handle it, could not process it and asked some questions. They eventually took a picture of the e-ticket from my phone and figured it out later. I called the week before spoke to a lady named Glory confirming the voucher and made a reservation hoped to avoid the hiccups like this I guess the next guest would be much smoother with this process. The dining experience was top notch, ask for server Russell.
