My family and I really enjoyed our time, it was well worth it! Captain Jake was really awesome!! He even allowed her to experience being the Captain for awhile. Her 7th birthday just passed so she was so ecstatic!

We offer the only glass bottom boat ride in the South Bay which features a variety of fish and clear blue water. Our boat ride will get up close view of sea lions of which you have probably not experienced before.

  • 132 is where the boat is parked in the middle of the boardwalk where all the pedal boat rentals are. Restrooms are located above the ramp. Please use beforehand as there are no restrooms on the boat.
  • 181 is the parking address. Park in any of the pier parking lots and meet in the middle of the boardwalk next to all the pedal boat rentals down on the dock.

Stop At: Redondo Glass Bottom Boat181 North Harbor Drive, Redondo Beach, CA 90277Our Captain will take you around King Harbor in Redondo Beach California. Our tour will start on the outside main deck as we look for sealions and marine birds. The captain will provide you with a rich history of the harbor and Redondo Beach. After that we will head downstairs to the underwater viewing room where you will get to look out the 7 foot wide windows to view a variety of fish, including the California State salt water fish called a garibaldi. Duration: 45 minutes

We were babysitting our 3 1/2 year old twin granddaughters this past weekend. On Sunday October 26th we went out on the glass bottom boat. What a wonderful time we all had. The girls wore life jackets that were provided by the venue. I forgot sunscreen for the girls so the boat captain had some. The history lesson about Redondo Beach and the pier was wonderful. The girls loved the boat ride. We saw tons of seals that were making noise and swimming in the water. Many pelicans all over the rocks . When we went down in the belly of boat , there were beautiful orange fish hiding in the rocks. There were many different schools of fish that were very exciting for all of us to see . It was a wonderful outing and we plan to go back with our other grandchildren. Thank you to the captain.

The Captain was very patient with our reluctant three year-old. Our toddler soon warmed up and had a wonderful time viewing the fishes and stingrays from the glass bottom boat. The sea lions were also a big hit.

Learned much history about Redondo Beach. Kids loved having chance to steer boat. We saw many fish through glass bottom boat.

We have 2 young children and they were initially anxious as they had never been on a boat however they were made to feel at ease right away and given a captains hat and allowed to drive the boat. We saw lots of fish and stingrays and everyone had a great time! Thank you for giving us a core memory we had a great time!
