The team was fantastic! Captain Jamie, guide Peter, and support Jalen. As promised, we were able to see turtles. We snorkeled to a few different areas and had multiple picture/video opportunities. They gave us a couple of options with how to enter the water, they showed us around, and we enjoyed our time (definitely enhanced by the team we were with). The views were phenomenal and we had a beautiful day to be in the water.

Such a great time! Peter really went above and beyond to make sure our teen, who was panicking due to asthma, felt comfortable breathing in his mask, got him in the water and he had a blast. Our 10yo loved the experience and was faithfully following Tyler all over the ocean. Alexio was extremely communicative and helpful on board. Would recommend for all ages.

The crew was great, but the experience was NOT anything like the photo in the listing. It’s not super shallow water that allows for great views, and there were at least 5 other boats and literally hundreds of people at the snorkeling site. We did see several turtles and a lot of cool fish, but it was extremely crowded and difficult to get good views or good pictures. We were constantly bumping into people and getting kicked. The listing also doesn’t say anything about being required to wear a floatation belt, which makes it impossible to dive down further than a couple feet below the surface. All in all, it was not a great experience and I would not recommend it.

The crew, John, Seamus and Alexio were great and attentive. Lots of safety precautions. Things out of their control were murky water and a large number of snorkelers from other boats in the area. November is off season, I can’t imagine this turtle trip during busy times. We kept running into other people. Maybe look for trips that snorkel further away from Waikiki. We did see 6 or 7 turtles, so the crew delivered.

First timer here. I thought that the staff really cared about our safety and made sure we were with them in the water.
