Great experience! A must see when in Honolulu. Took a Roberts tour many years ago, also a tremendous experience. Guides are well trained and courteous. Very comfortable coach ride.

Visit the USS Arizona, Pearl Harbor, and downtown Honolulu on this 5-hour tour with a guide. Travel comfortably in a climate-controlled minivan or coach and explore the exhibitions at the USS Arizona Memorial. Learn about the impact of Pearl Harbor and pay your respects at the historic National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl. Stroll around downtown Honolulu and gaze at the impressive state buildings, the ‘Iolani Palace, and the majestic statue of King Kamehameha. Please note: A navy boat shuttle ride brings you to the USS Arizona Memorial and due to limited capacity, there may be days that the shuttle boat tickets sell out or bad weather prohibits the shuttle from operating.

Tour was volatile with government shutdown, so unsure what to expect. Fortunately, private donors kept the memorial open for visitors and we were able to see everything. The restrictions, however, caused the tour to be a bit "cramped" since we had to wait over an hour to tour the actual memorial site. This put a tight rush on getting back to the bus on time. This was all, of course, not any fault of Robert's Hawaii. The bus intercom had issues so didn't catch all of the driver's narrative. City tour was interesting, but would have been better without intercom feedback. Overall, a bit underwhelming. Partially due to circumstances beyond control and partially because of faulty equipment.

We signed up for the tour through the hotel concierge, but the wheelchair-accessible bus they requested did not come. The bus came but we couldn't get on it. It was a very bad, discriminated experience. We went by Uber and spent as much time there as we wanted. The Uber driver comfortably loaded my wheelchair into the trunk. Bus tours are obsolete now. Their reservation system is also lousy. I recommend not using it.

We were very pleased with the tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about Honolulu and Pearl Harbor and was warm and friendly. She drove the bus expertly and made sure that everyone in the group was accounted for. The only drawback with the tour was the USS Arizona Memorial undergoing restoration and the limited number of people allowed in the boats ferrying visitors. We were assigned a number, but it was never called in the time we had available. We saw the memorial across the water and visited the museum instead. This was not the fault of our guide. She drove us back to our hotel as efficiently as possible.

Pearl Harbour was both educational and sobering. We had the most amazing tour guide! Georgia was so full of information about so much more. She is so caring and kind as well.
