Overall experience was great and amazing! Saw the lights for the first time and was with family doing it! The guide wasn’t an expert but was friendly, and drove the group very well to get there. The whole group size was just us 5 family members and one other person who we were chatting with the entire time. Went on an evening where it was clear skies and lasted the entire time from when we started at 10 PM until we came back by 3 AM.

PLEASE NOTE that visibility of the northern lights (aurora) is not guaranteed. It is a natural phenomenon we have no control over and no refunds will be given if the aurora cannot be seen.

Kathy and Greg were wonderful! It was only me, my daughter, and another mother-daughter duo, which meant the van was spacious and comfortable. Kathy and Greg were excellent conversationalists and they helped us see and photograph the aurora. It wasn’t strong, but we managed to see some dancing streaks! They offered to get out of the van to check for us so we could stay warm until there was something to see. Very satisfied with our experience!

Wasn't able to see the Aurora but it was a good learning experience for what to watch out for when trying to see the Aurora. A little shady the way they switched our tour so that kind of took away from the experience as well.
