Someone else and I were waiting 20 minutes before the required schedule to start the Tour, but no one showed up so it could not be done. I just hope you'll give me a refund of what I paid for something that wasn't done.

I wasn’t able to go on the tour I was looking forward to be driven. I got to the location and waited for almost ten minutes I called the number and spoke to a woman who called the driver
Apparently, the driver had gotten into an accident and was waiting for the police to come, and they canceled the tour. I was a little upset because I had nothing else to do and everything was booked. I feel sorry for the driver. I hope he was OK. And they didn’t end up giving a refund

Sebastian was fantastic! Super knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He was a very good guide and we’d definitely tour with him again. The tour design gave us the most wonderful city lights view. Very well done!
