When arriving at Cancun International Airport please follow these directions:
We suggest you print and bring these instructions with you,
• Once you land in Cancun you must clear immigration and customs first. After immigration proceed to pick up your luggage and after clearing customs continue to the main exit of the airport terminal.
• To exit you will go through a panoramic glass door.
• Directly after passing the glass doors you will see a number of guides, tour and transportation company representatives standing with signs with the different company’s names and the name of their passengers
• One of our representatives who will meet and greet you holding a sign with your name printed on an iPad.

When arriving at Cancun International Airport please follow these directions to find the driver that will transport you to your destination:

• Once you land in Cancun Airport you must clear immigration and customs first.
We will be monitoring your flight and its output terminal until you come out... After you clear immigration, Luggage claim and customs, you will see timeshare and transportation vendors along the hall, they will try to offer free tours and assistance with your transfers PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and keep walking) Look for tour team after you exit the main sliding door, we will be waiting there for you to come out into the waiting area with all the other transfer companies.

· If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-3 Once you pass Immigration (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) Once you are outside the building go straight and the representative from the company will be waiting for you in the corner of “MargaritaVille Bar” with a Tablet written your name on it.
· If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-4 After you pass immigration go straight until you find the first automatic gate and turn to left to the exit doors (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) “Not in the Family and Friends Area Please do not confuse.” The representative from the company will be located in front of the Platform “C” waiting for you with a Tablet written your name on it.
