We enjoyed ourselves, but like some of the other reviews I read, it wasn’t very professional, but our guide was very sweet and tried her best. We would like to do the underground tour next.
One of the earliest towns to be founded in California was Sacramento during the Gold Rush. Old Sac is committed to restoring historical structures so that we can think back on the past. People from all over the world relocated to Sacramento with the hope of getting wealthy. But a number of tragedies, including floods, fires, and a troubled history, cast a shadow on those dreams. We will visit haunted trains, boats, and tunnels throughout our tour. Discover what lurks below the city's streets. The Delta King is the first stop on our itinerary. She is a riverboat that has been transformed into a restaurant and hotel. Her interesting past comprises multiple moves and bankruptcy. The Delta King has reportedly been visited by three different ghosts.

Our next stop is the California State Railroad Museum. The museum was built by railroad enthusiasts in 1937. The museum contains 21 complete railroad cars, linked to exploitation and death, with the ghosts said to be appeased by something called the Hungry Ghost Festival.

We're actually going to this museum next! The only museum devoted to Sacramento history is the Sacramento History Museum, which debuted in 1985. It is a rather straightforward museum that mostly focuses on the development and gold rush of Sacramento. The museum houses the belongings of May, a young girl who unfortunately perished from encephalitis.

One of the oldest theatres in California, this location is said to be haunted by one of its former directors.

This was a very short tour, less than 40 minutes through a very seedy part of Old Town. Lots of bums out. The guide was more anxious to be done than we were. For an extra 7 dollars you can buy a gadget that supposedly lights up with paranormal activity but it never lit up anywhere but the bench we sat down on. The guide just kind of waved her hands at buildings with no actual story or information. Sad waste of time and money.

Just ok. I’ve been on other ghost tours that were amazing but this one didn’t live up to a true ghost tour. The guide was good and knowledgeable, but made a lot of jokes. We ordered an EMF detector and two ghost plushies. The plushies were not available so he gave us a few more detectors which were not needed and one stopped working within 5 min of the tour. The detectors were not like others ones I’ve had where there’s audio as well. My son left a review on another site and immediately got a response asking to email their guest relations dept with our booking information which I did the next day. Here it is a few days later and no response. I emailed again asking for a response and still nothing. I requested my money back for the plushies but looks like I’ll be going through my bank to get the money back.
