We had wind, rain and COLD! But Captain Charlie was an exceptional Captain who navigated the seas perfectly avoiding nearly all the rain! We had a great time with all of the history and stories Cpt. Charlie shared with us. Will definitely be doing this again!

Your sail is entirely customizable, and travelers have the option(PRIVATE CRUISES) to use their time docked or sailing out to sea. Once on the water, sit back and relax !! Your boat will have everything needed to spend time on the water: shaded seating areas, Sirius XM music player, a place to keep all your refrigerated food (you're welcome to bring your own food & beverages), a fresh water shower for hot summer days)and an experienced boat Captain. We had the absolute best experience sailing on Sailing Daffy with Captain Charlie! We booked the sail to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a dear friend in town joining us with our 2 sons—and as sailors ourselves, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.
Leaving the dock at 9:30 AM was ideal and let us beat most of the downtown river traffic, making for a smooth and relaxed start. Once out on the ocean, the conditions were fantastic, and Captain Charlie was wonderful—knowledgeable, welcoming, and generous about letting all of us take the helm and sail for a bit, which made the experience even more special.
Add in Jimmy Buffett playing, sunshine, great company, and a beautiful sail, and it truly doesn’t get better than that. From start to finish, it was a memorable, fun, and authentic sailing experience. Highly recommend Sailing Daffy and Captain Charlie for any celebration—or just an incredible day on the water!

Absolutely unforgettable experience! We went sailing as a family and it was everything we hoped for and more. Sailing on a real sailboat in the open ocean was a dream come true for us. The captain is extremely experienced, professional, and at the same time very warm, open, and friendly.
Everything was clean, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. We felt completely safe and relaxed the entire time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Being under sail in the open ocean was simply breathtaking.
We have wanted to try sailing with a captain in the open ocean for a long time, and this exceeded all our expectations. Highly, highly recommend — and we will definitely be coming back again very soon!
