The tour was amazing and our guide took it to the next level. I would recommend booking your tour independently through San Juan tours rather than a third party.
When booking through Trip Advisor we didn’t receive any proper confirmation emails that contained pertinent information on required arrival times, attire, etc. Resulting in us missing our tour. After I scheduled another tour independently directly through the guide service - I received a barrage of thorough information and reminders about our upcoming tour.
Overall the actual experience was fantastic. The guides provided a great overview of what to expect and ensuring that everyone was comfortable and competent with the ATVs/UTVs. We opted for the 2 hour excursion which was definitely worth it as we were able to make multiple stops for photos, and of course for a dip in the river. The last stop was at a small cafe that had numerous food and beverage options.
There were also many other tour/experience options at the meeting point such as horseback riding, Go Karts, and a petting zoo. Additionally, there was also a gift shop that sold items that may be useful on the tour (bandanas, water shoes, waterproof phone pouches, etc).
Overall, if I were to return to PR I would definitely book with this group again.
