This was a great experience and even though you’re at the mercy of nature for weather and then manatees for showing up to the activities, I gottasay the crew and the tour itself is fantastic. I had shaggy and Captain Ken and I just can’t believe how awesome they were and howhard they tried to locate manatees and make it fun and safe if I base this review just on them I would definitely go again. It was a good time I always felt comfortable and cared for and enjoyed seeing our one manatee that day. We were lucky because we were at the end of season to be able to find them, but they said they would’ve found them out further regardless even if we didn’t happen to find that one right there in the spring. So trust them they’re a great group.

Discover the beauty of Crystal River, Florida, by joining our eco-conscious and small-group manatee snorkel tours. Immerse yourself in the natural habitat of these gentle creatures as you swim alongside them. With a maximum of 6 guests per boat, we prioritize heartfelt and sustainable experience that benefits both our guests and the manatees. Please remember that our manatees are not in captivity, so they are not trained to come up to you. These tours are conducted in their natural habitat, meaning that every tour we perform is different. All tours take place on Kings Bay, home to the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge with Three Sisters Springs and King Spring We are proud to be the only Manatee Tour Company in Crystal River Florida that has a education program for not only our manatees but now our onsite Aquarium with a focus on Native and Invasive species in Florida. Maybe we will try again another day. Weather got warm so only a few manatee to see when they popped their head up. Water was too murky to see them under water. Don’t make plans after your tour to stay flexible. Our time was 11:45 and we got on a shuttle around 1:30 to get on the water. Our email said there would be snacks provided on our boat but that was never mentioned. No big deal but is important to know when having expectations for the day.

Don’t waste your money…. River was so muddy/cloudy you couldn’t see your hand in front of you face(mask). I want a refund!!!!!

Great experience! From reminders, check-ins, suiting up, & transport to & from boat very easy. We had a party of 8 with 2 small kids & they were shown such love & care. Capt Ken let them “drive the boat” & Emmet gifted our bday gal a souvenir shell. Hot water rinse in the suit—-nice touch! Hot choc was delish too! We only found 1 manatee (usually warm water temps) to visit & swam in the Jurassic Spring. Next year, we’re coming in Jan!

Not the tours fault, but weather conditions and water conditions not ideal to see manatee. Expectation was to see several manatee locations, but water was over crowded with other tour groups and few manatee sightings
