Our guide, Lee, was super knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us just the right amount of history, fun facts, and insider tips as we walked through Midtown. It was only about an hour, which is great if you’re short on time. The tour ends at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, which features several incredibly photogenic spaces. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the balloon room. It’s super fun and makes for some amazing, unique pictures. P.S. Long dresses are fine, but if you’re wearing short skirts it’s easy to be exposed in the mirror room because the floor reflects.

Discover the best of Midtown Manhattan on a guided walking tour that ends with entry to the city’s most exciting observatory, SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. Begin in bustling Times Square, surrounded by dazzling lights and towering billboards. From there, stroll past the legendary Radio City Music Hall before reaching Rockefeller Center, where you’ll admire the art and architecture of this iconic plaza. Just across the way, marvel at the stunning St. Patrick’s Cathedral and explore the glittering Diamond District. Continue your walk through Midtown to admire the world-famous Chrysler Building, a crown jewel of Art Deco design. Then step inside Grand Central Terminal, where your guide will highlight the opal-faced clock, and other hidden details of this architectural masterpiece. Finally, cap off your experience with pre-booked access to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. Step into a world of mirrors, glass, and breathtaking views over the Empire State Building, Central Park, and beyond.
