Worst trip. Tip mentioned constantly. Raced thru attractions. Not happy about drop off back to hotel, Told to stay in Canada and catch taxi. Lied about one of the attractions on agenda being closed. Damaged a leg injury going to Hornblower even though he was aware of it by not showing where elevators were or helping with acess coming back up for a wheel chair. Blamed guest by saying her fault, should have mentioned injury before booking. When asked about distances because of injury on pick up was assured no problem, or else passenger would not have attempted them Left in agony for 2 days, Was not a VIP trip as advertised with a guide who just wanted to get every thing over and done with as quickly as possible. Happy to leave injured passenger sitting in Canada in pain waiting for the other passengers and catching taxi back to USA side at their expence when we thought the trip included some time in the town as part of the experience for food etc, apparently not.

Great trip. Our guide, Manish, was awesome. Courteous, patient, very knowledgeable- an absolute professional. He timed our experiences just right to avoid the rain. Because of his planning, this trip was wonderful instead of a washout. Excellent job, Manish - you’re the best!

Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area and arrived to pick us up exactly when he said he would be. I would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting Niagara Falls
