Staff is so nice and helpful. Good instructions before attempting the course. Final zip is a water landing or dry landing, your choice. Highly suggest a change of clothes or wear somethingthat drys quickly. It can get chilly riding in the open air safari truck to and from the swimming hole. . They provide a locker for you to keep your items during the course. Pictures are available at the end to purchase. They take a ton of photos during the whole time. They will send a link to an email for later purchase if you don't have your cc with you. Overall a great family experience. Don't miss the chance to zipline upside down. No personal phones allowed on the course. If you have a mountable gopro you can use that only.

We had an amazing experience on our ATV, zip-lining, and cenote excursion in Cancun, and a huge part of that was our guide, Manuela (aka Victor). From start to finish, she was energetic, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable and safe.
The ATV ride was a blast, the zip lines were exciting, and the cenote was absolutely beautiful. Manuela/Victor explained everything clearly, kept the group organized, and made the whole day fun with her great attitude and sense of humor. You could tell she really cared about making sure everyone had a great time.

I came to Cancun with my partner of nearly 7 years…. We are celebrating his birthday in January and my birthday in April. We always go somewhere to celebrate our birthdays…. I can tell you this experience went beyond meeting our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and fun!!!. Especially our personal tour guide, El Chino! Please continue to offer exceptional service, and a friendly atmosphere for years to come!!

The ATV ride was horrible. We were forced to ride in circles, and we only had five minutes to swim at the cenote before the ATV ride. The planning was extremely poor.
The zipline was just okay.
