8 of our group took this tour and we have traveled all over the world and have done many excursions but this boat tour with Captain Kirk and Carlos was beyond our expectations! This is on the Top of our list of all time favorite excursions so far! If you visit the Bahamas I would recommend booking this pink sand beach boat tour before you leave your hometown to ensure you secure a spot! On the morning of your tour you meet at the main office for a continental breakfast which was a nice surprise. They also give you menus to pick out your lunch for later that we drove up to on the boat already ready with a reserved table waiting. The lady running the am breakfast and the guys are very kind! You then all get on a tour bus to a small dock area where a boat is waiting with the Captain and Deck hand guiding you on the boat. Fun music, cooler full of beers, soft drinks and two specially made mixes with rum which btw were delicious! Trust me when I say this boat tour and trusting Shore Thing Escapes to make it memorable will be the highlight of your Bahamas vacation! The weather wasn’t good on the original date we picked so they rescheduled it around our plans to make it happen which was awesome of them! When I go back to the Bahamas booking something with Shore Things Escapes will be the first thing I do! Thanks again Captain Kirk and Carlos who some how found a phone we dropped in the water for us! Everyone of our family who went with us that day said this boat tour was incredible! Keep up the good work and hope to see you guys one day again! Till

This business is collecting money for trips but on arrival, it’s clear there js no boat and the office is locked up and dusty.
None of the contact numbers for this business are working and local police were unable to contact the individuals profiting from this business either.
TripAdvisor and Viator make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get funds back and all the while are continuing to list what is clearly a scam on their website. The TripAdvisor business model is plainly predicated on withholding customer monies under the flimsy premise of investigating a business which has long since stopped trading.
It is surely wrong and unethical for TripAdvisor to be taking money from hardworking people only to hold it on an indefinite basis. Viator couldn’t care less if the experiences it features are real or complete scams.
The gall of charging $400+ for this experience when a much better boat can be found for a fraction of the price at Nassau harbor is profound.

DO NOT BOOK THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. My husband and I booked the excursions through Trip Advisor / Viator for 9/1/2025. We should up there on time and the store front was completely closed. We waited 30 mins only to be told by the neighboring tour agency across the street that the company had moved addresses and lost the license for their boat. We ended up calling Viator who had to start an investigation before we could get our money back. We also had to involve the local police department who investigated the situation and said their boat had been dry docked for a few MONTHS. We tried to reach out to this agency through all 3 of their phone numbers but they never picked up except one time when they picked up and then hung up. I also reached out to them on their instagram (which is still active) but no one responded. I even texted them on their WhatsApp and shockingly (I say this ironically) no one has responded to my message. I’ve booked a lot of excursions through Viator in the past and this was really shocking as well as horrible for local businesses because now I am hesitant to ever book anything through the platform again - especially given how expensive it all was. I hope TripAdvisor and Viator become aware of the scam this company is running and take all their excursions off their platforms immediately so someone else doesn’t have to go through this.
