Super easy and chill ride. The start location is 40 min from Vegas strip. Pay careful attention to instructions about how to get there. After that, just enjoy the gentle horses and peaceful ride in the desert. Charlie was a great guide!

The horseback ride was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed the experience. However, I was disappointed that I didn’t get the souvenir pictures the next day as I had hoped. It has now been three days, and I still haven’t received them. I even sent an email with all the information they needed to send the pictures, but I haven’t heard back yet. I was really looking forward to having those photos to remember the ride, so I hope they will arrive soon.

I am writing to report a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience during our recent tour. The horses were extremely dirty, and the trail itself was unremarkable and boring. Our travel guide, Carole, presented herself as a photographer who would take pictures of us throughout the tour and email them afterwards. However, this turned out to be misleading.
The tour ended at 11:00 AM. At 11:30 AM, I received a text message from Carole stating that if I wanted the photos, I would need to pay a $20 fee or the pictures would be destroyed by 9:00 PM that same day. This was never mentioned beforehand. Because the photos were sentimental, this tour was for my husband's 45th birthday. I reluctantly sent the money along with a $10 tip. Since then, despite repeated emails and text messages from me (now into the next day), I have not received a single photo. I have also contacted Cash App to request a refund. This experience feels deceptive, unprofessional, and exploitative, and I am requesting immediate assistance in resolving this matter.

Great trail, great guide! Only thing that could be better would be to run the horses a bit. Beautiful scenery, informative guide, comfortable and safe. Will definitely return.
