We stopped in Miami off a cruise and had a last minute change to our schedule which required a revision to our original booking. I thought we would have a problem but the staff was very flexible and thankfully we were able to make it work. The room was fun and we were able to enjoy a drink on the rooftop terrace after we escaped...I would definitely return and would also recommend the experience to friends & family!

The venue was a nice setup. Easily accessible upon arriving. The area was still in renovation but the staff, Davina, made it more than accommodating. I love the rooftop where pictures were able to be taken after our game was won....The hallway setup was picturesque. I would love to return.

It was our 1st time and we had a ball thank you to Danielle for her help with some clues and giving us a little but more time definitely recommend this place and parking is right next door

Really fun time escaping from black ops, attendant was very helpful. Great location and nice rooftop for drinks as well
