The bikes were in great condition and fully charged. We rented the model with the two-person bench, which made it perfect for spending quality time with my wife. The staff was really nice, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They also provided a lock, so we were able to secure the bike and take a walk without any worry. In the afternoon, they offer a “rent one hour, get one hour free” special, which was a great bonus. The electric assist made sightseeing easy and enjoyable without having to work too hard. Highly recommend!

Sandra was great we came from Atlanta ga and a great experience. She was polite and knowledgeable about the bikes. We ugly loved it can’t wait until next time!!!

We had an amazing experience. Sandra was super helpful outfitting my 84 yr old mom with a tricycle allowing us to ride along the board walk on Mothers day. Sandra made my mom feel so secure that she is excited to do it again.

It was fun riding the electric bike. I enjoyed riding with traffic but wished the take off was a bit faster. The only complaint I have is with Miami Beach for not allowing the bikes to ride in the scooter lane.
