Instructions were vague on how to redeem, but we figured it out. You just show up to the address and there are lines for the buses, but multiple buses so be sure to check you are in the right line. Times sq is a busy mess so a lot going on around you, Once you are on the bus though, it was great- going over the Manhattan Bridge was worth the stress and wait! Did not make the boat tour though
