Terrible, had a family emergency and the refused to change the time slot. Not really impressed especially with the fact we were still going and they refused to honor a time change

The crew was very standoffish other than the wonderful concession lady. The music was good. The tour guide was going too fast and we weren’t by what she was talking about. They didn’t tell us about the boat or restrooms. It was just get on and go then get off

The actual boat ride and views were nice. The boat wasn't very clean and the restrooms were deplorable. We did the late evening cruise so we could see the lights of the city and we were not dissapointed. But, the boat and restrooms needed to be cleaned.

Didn’t make the boat , instructions told us pier 36 and we got there and it was closed . Had to go to a different pier
