My husband and I had this tour all to ourselves so it made the experience even better as we got to really get to know him as well. He is very knowledgeable about the city and the best places to go.
Dine at the Market's best sit down restaurants discussing Northwest life and culture. We select tour stops based on top quality cuisine that feels authentically Seattle: Local… yet Global Classic… yet Innovative Simple… yet Bold Can Coffee grown in Brazil really be "Seattle's Best?" Is Salmon from Alaskan really the iconic Seattle dish? This tour is an exploration of Northwest geography and identity. The itinerary changes depending on season and guide preference, but a typical tasting menu includes seafood, fresh veggies, pasta, chocolate and locally produced artisan products. This tour offered a unique perspective of the food scene in downtown Seattle. We were provided some of the best and often overlooked eateries of Pike Place Market. Be prepared for a wide variety of delicious foods. My only mistake was not coming with a bigger appetite.

We visited 4 places beginning with an Italian eatery making fresh pasta. will treated us to a glass of wine and I was surprised that the "red" I received a very Italian blend. The eatery was so good my girlfriend and I went back on our own the next day for lunch. Will, our guide was informative and chill and new the shop owners and restauranteurs personally. They welcomed him and our small group of 5. Every plate, though small portions, were exceptional.

Outstanding way to spend a few hours experiencing great food and desserts while touring the Pike's Market area of Seattle. Will was our outstanding tour guide who shared his expert "foodie" knowledge. You can't go wrong booking this excursion! :)
