Everything was professionally handled, from the confirmation, to the check in, to the given direction. I brought my own equipment but, for those who needed gear, everything was provided and appeared to be in very good shape. I did not see anyone with gear problems. For folks who were not confidant snorkeling, pool noodles and inflatable vests were provided. We had an hour on the reef, which was plenty of time to see everything and get back to the boat. The crew did an amazing job making sure everyone was comfortable, answering questions and providing direction. Most importantly they counted heads at least 5 times to make sure everyone was on board. Great experience and I would definitely use this company again.
