Very good service we booked this to go to the club with my husband and the service was great on time and with very professional staff

DO NOT HIRE this tour. It is much better to look for other options. First, they announce that they are small groups, but they actually pick you up on a school bus where you spend almost two hours hanging around Miami picking people up. Second, the actual pickup and return time is confirmed when you can no longer cancel. In the announcement they indicate that the tour lasts 8 hours, when in fact it lasts about 12, which forced us to move other plans that we already had. If you try to communicate with them, they don’t answer, and when they finally do, their attitude is aggressive and unprofessional. To top it off, the bus is old and smells bad, which makes the journey even more uncomfortable. Ultimately, look for other options. It is not worth spending your money on such a mediocre and unserious enterprise.
