Captain gave us great instructions and the crew was wonderful always available if you need them. Great drinks and Sparkles (crew member) gave us alot of info of the area and the water. Definitely would recommend

Dip and Sip Key West Snorkel Trip on The 65 foot custom built Sandie Cat. Your 3 hour snorkel trip will start a sail to the Key West living reef where you will see coral and tropical fish. All snorkeling equipment is provided and if you need help our professional crew will give you instruction on how to snorkel. After your snorkel we have fresh water showers so you can rise off. You will enjoy a sail back to the dock and enjoy Free Beer, soft Drinks and water as you enjoy your ride on our big open decks.

This trip involves a one hour cruise to the reef, an hour to snorkel and an hour back. Snorkel and flippers (if you want them) are provided, and wetsuits can be hired for $20. There are toilets on board and a shower hose for rinsing off after the swim. You are also required to wear a life vest while snorkeling so will remain on the surface if the water. The day I did the trip was after bad weather so there were only 9 people on board - apparently there are usually up to a hundred. The visibility was not great as a result of the bad weather. It was nevertheless an enjoyable experience.

We had a fun afternoon on a big nice boat with a great crew, but the snorkeling is fairly mediocre. What you see in their advertise picture is absolutely NOTHING like what you will see when you’re actually snorkeling. The coral is mostly dead, the water is not clear, there are very few fish, and you can barely see them because you’re in such deep water and they are at the bottom. We did see a shark so that was cool. The rum punch on the way back was good. 🤷‍♀️

Check in was fine. Everyone boards. Quick and legal information given to passengers as well as explaining the tipping appreciation policy. Quick ride out. Snorkeling with some fish. Saw a crab and a lobster head. Back in boat. You can enjoy included alcohol on the way back. They did stop for fortificating dolphins (highlight of the trip). We tipped on Venmo. Departed at scheduled time and said goodbye ( both deck hands and captain) said goodbye while asking for tips. That was it.

The crew were great! The experience felt very safe and professional. They gave clear instructions about the snorkelig experience. Would highly recommend!
