Our Jet Ski tour with Key West Island Adventure was fabulous! Sebastian was a great guide. He was attentive and supportive but not restrictive. And he was informative but never got in the way of us having lots of fun on the open water! This tour was a great combination of seeing the sights from the water and just having a blast zooming around in the Atlantic and the Gulf. We recommend highly!

Our tour was canceled only 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. We even called one hour in advance to confirm parking and were told to come. The staff member at check-in was unprofessional. When we asked why there was no advance notice, we were told we should be “happy” because it was “for our safety.” This response avoids the real issue — poor and untimely communication. Weather conditions had persisted throughout the day, making earlier notification both possible and reasonable. Customers do not feel happy about lost time, disrupted schedules, and last-minute cancellations. Safety considerations do not justify a failure to communicate. Basic professionalism requires advance notice of changes.

We had a confirmed 4:00 PM jet ski reservation. When we arrived at 3:30 PM, we were told that due to strong winds, first-time riders were not allowed to go out. We understand and respect safety concerns. However, the wind had been strong since the morning, and no advance notice or warning was provided before we arrived. Even more concerning, only after we had already been turned away, a “cancellation” notice was sent at 3:44 PM, which felt retroactive rather than proper communication. We drove a long distance for this reservation, wasting our time and disrupting our plans. If this had been communicated in advance, it would have been understandable. Being informed only after arrival is unacceptable. Very poorly handled.

We did the jetski tour at this place and everyone was amazing and friendly, the whole experience was phenomenal. We got to see some dolphins and the whole tour takes 90mins. It was fun.

Had a great time. All the guides did great! I had the jet ski up to 77 mph. They let you ride at your own skill level. Highly recommend.
