We saw a whole pod of dolphins and stopped fwith them or about 20mins which was amazing! The snorkelling spot had poor visibility on the day so we went to another spot but didn't see anything unfortunately.

We did the dolphin and snorkel cruise on 1/26. Dante and his crew did a great job. We got to see several dolphins which was great and go snorkeling to a reef but with very little coral or fish to see but enjoyed it regardless. The issue I had and brought to their attention is when you book online they automatically charge for cancellation insurance. Normally it is something you would add to your trip if needed not having to deduct it, so we felt they are a bit misleading. I asked the girl at check-in and she could really care less and said it's just $11.00 however that's not the point.

We had a fabulous time the crew were great and in particular Sean!! We can recommend the Sunset team !! All our needs were catered for and the boat was well maintained and clean.

Pleasant but underwhelming: when the skipper makes the announcement that dolphins are wild and we're not guaranteed to see them, well, doesn't that defeat the idea of an excursion called "dolphin experience"? We were there in December. I specifically asked about Sand Point (or beach) snorkeling as I heard this was a great place to snorkel. I was assured we would go there or someplace comparable. So my family and some friends bought the excursion. They made us yell and cheer for the distant dolphins we saw, which felt forced; and we snorkelled at a place full of sponges and sand. A "tub" was in the water, marked with a flag, and it may well have had some lobster in it. Looked like someone dumped a truck cap in the water there. A small, solitary black and yellow fish swam guard duty around the tub and was the most colorful thing we saw. I wish they would have given us the option of not going instead of taking us out to see "not much". That would have been disappointing but we could have easily gone para sailing instead or rented a golf cart to explore Key West. For us it was underwhelming. Three stars because we were at least on a boat in the Florida keys in the winter. Manage your expectations on this one.
