Overall this was an excellent trip and our guide Debi was fantastic. Love visiting Yosemite, it is very much worth the trip. Reason for 4 stars was when we arrived at post street to meet the tour operator, the office was closed, as in the address has been vacated. This caused panic, upset and arguments within our group as we'd arrived at the requested time at one of the two pick up locations listed on the booking. We didnt know whether to get a taxi to the other location, if we did would the coach still be there?! Not a great start. A company rep showed up at 6.45am (we were told to arrive at 6.20am) much to our relief. I would suggest making it clear on booking that post street is still a pick up location even though the office is closed.

Experience the majesty of Yosemite National Park and join us as we take you on an unforgettable journey into the heart of Yosemite Valley. Travel in comfort on our luxury coach bus as we depart from San Francisco on this full day trip. Upon arrival, enjoy a one-hour scenic drive through the park, complete with photo opportunities at some of Yosemite Valley's most famous viewpoints; Tunnel View, Bridalveil Falls, El Capitan & Half-Dome. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy three hours of free time in Yosemite Valley, which offers various lunch opportunities, hiking trails, bike rentals, and museums.

Park 5 out of 5 Tour 2.5 out of 5 Our tour driver did not greet us or let us know his name upon arrival. The 'luxury' bus was actually a converted 4WD, with no windows for fresh air, & a broken AC that just made noise & did not move any around air. Many of us complained about the heat as a 90F/27 degree day. In which the driver let us know at the end of the day they were waiting for a part for 'weeks'. When I re-read the reviews many had complained about this previously. Tour started 6.40am, first stop at a grocery store 2 hours later for a 20 min toilet break & to grab enough food for break fast & lunch for the day & same again at 5.30pm for dinner to eat on the bus. The driver wanted us to be punctual (fair as a long day) although at every stop made us feel like children if we were 1 minute late (checking watch, making rude comments, calling us to the bus before the time given. Enjoyed the park, although unaware of the being 15 hours instead of 12 hours. For how long the journey is & and price, a working A/C should be the bare minimum. Driver asked for $20 gratuity 2.5 hours before the trip had ended, I tipped not because of a good service, but because of the long tour that was provided.

Booked for the Tuesday but got cancelled so had to choose Monday instead. The tour was operated by GrayLine who also cancelled and rescheduled our other trip this week. The tour guide Jerry was great & Yosemite was AMAZING but there was no aircon on the bus. California is really hot!! It was upper 90’s today and we were packed on a sweat box for 5 hours straight driving back from Yosemite. It was hellish and everyone onboard was miserable and complaining. Poor Jerry got hardly any tips because he bore the brunt of everyone’s frustrations but the fault lies with Gray Line cutting corners and packing us on to a bus too small to be comfortable for that long a trip with no air con. That bus shouldn’t have gone out. Absolutely ruined the experience for everyone on the tour.
