The instructor and photographer were amazing! They split us into smaller groups, so you never felt overlooked. They always kept an eye on everyone, offering helpful tips and making sure safety was a priority. I would definitely go again!
Learn to surf on Maui. Lessons are taught at the best surf beach on the island. Gentle waves and friendly surf coaches will have you standing up and catching waves in no time. I had an amazing experience with this surf school.
My instructor Brandon was incredibly friendly, patient, and encouraging. He explained everything clearly and made the lesson both fun and confidence-building.
Everyone working there was welcoming and kind as well — from the introduction to the photographer, the whole team created a great atmosphere.
I would book this course again anytime. The prices are more than fair for the quality and experience you get.

Willow was an amazing instructor! He would provide the feedback after every run to make an improvement. This was our first time taking surf lesson and we had a lot of fun! Kids got confidence to surf by themselves! I highly recommend Maui Surf Club!!

Good instructor just unfortunately too crowded. There were at least 2 other companies using this same beach. Almost every wave we were side by side another surfer, often limiting the surfing ride, this really impacted our experience.

Awesome first surf lesson with Brendon Barber through Surf Club Maui! He was super nice, very personable and knowledgeable. We highly recommend you book with him if possible. We got up on our boards multiple times at our first lesson. It was the highlight of our Maui trip. We will be booking this tour again when we're back on Maui.
