- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Surf instructor Lance Maxwell is vaccinated against CO-VID19 + CPR First Aid & Lifeguard Certified. He is has surfed Mavericks and big Praia do Norte (Nazare). Also a former 5XAll-American swimmer and 4xSouth Carolina State Champion.
