You will be participating in Bikram's Beginning Hot Yoga Class.
PLEASE ARRIVE 20-30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOU SELECTED CLASS TIME.
Come to the front desk to fill out a waiver.
Your instructor will provide you with your yoga mat, towel, and water.
Your instructor will guide you to the heated classroom.
Class will begin promptly at the posted time.
Do the best you can, smile, sweat it out, have fun! It's just yoga!
After class, you can cool down on the back porch, and maybe take a rinse in our cold outdoor shower. Very invigorating!
Be prepared to sweat! If you wear your workout clothes to the studio, please have a set of dry clothes to change into when you're finished.
Most of our classes are 90 minutes in length. Some are 75 minutes in length. Please check our schedule to see if your selected class is 75 minutes or 90 minutes. Your ticket is accepted for either.

- Not wheelchair accessible
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- If you do not tolerate heat well, this may not be an appropriate activity for you
- If you are not currently physically active, this may not be an appropriate activity for you
