I don’t even know where to begin…we had so much fun! The zoo is beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly and informative. The food was good. We will definitely visit again!

Wonderful zoo. The signs at the zoo explain the animals well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The zoo is large and we spent the majority of our day there.

This zoo is outstanding in every way. The animals, layout, rides, chats, water splash area, food and the safari were all special for us. My 5 year old granddaughter was not bored for even a minute. We arrived at 9:30 as they opened and had the zoo to ourselves until about lunchtime. Clean as can be. We live in Pennsylvania and will return here with more grandchildren.

We went on a colder day, and there were hardly any animals out.
Particularly sad were the endangered dogs in a small enclosure; you could see the worn path and one pacing restlessly while another played on top of a metal box. Not nearly enough space for tj yo run, stretch their legs, or lay in the sun.
It’s a small zoo, with not a lot to see, but we had a full section left when staff approached us and told us that we’d have to leave because they had decided to close early due to colder weather and a lack of people coming in. We weren’t allowed to finish, they escorted us to the exit, where we promptly requested a refund. Absolutely terribly way to treat paying guests.
