This Houston tour was the absolute best ever!!! I have probably taken more Hop On Hop Off bus tours than any of my friends. Let me tell you - Tea Around Town compared to Hop On Hop Off is like comparing a first class flight on a major airline to basic economy on a discount airline! Our vocalist, Annette, was so talented and smart. She smiled the entire time and showed us things we had never seen before, and we have lived here for over forty years! Simone was our server and she was friendly and knew all about the teas she was serving to us. Greg was the driver we did not personally speak to, but he drove us all around town without spilling food or tea! Thank you so much for such a fun and classy trip! The only thing that could have been addressed differently is by telling us exactly where to stand while we waited. There is no sign identifying exactly where to go, but the address was right and we had no problems. Super Duper Tour!!! Best group tour I've ever taken and I've lived in many countries. Thank you so much.

Please be warned. STAY AWAY from this place. My family was excited about going on this tour event. What a disappointment. The company sent an email on the day of the tour about one hour from the start time and said they were moving the pickup location. We never saw this email since again it was sent about an hour before the start time — so late. We arrived at the original location and did not see the bus. So we called to all what happened. They said they had moved the pickup location and would only give us 5 minutes to get to the new location and they were leaving. That was impossible for us to get to the new location in that short amount of time. We then later reached out to them to reschedule our tour and they refused to do that without charging us an additional $185. This is a dreadful company. Please do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!!!! I have never witnessed such absolute dreadful customer service. This company is horrible.

My wife, two daughters, and mother in law had this booked for weeks in advance. The bus was supposed to pick them up in downtown Houston at 12. At 12:20 my wife, along with the several other ladies waiting, were notified via email that the event was canceled. Its 95 degrees outside. They melted standing there, literally on a street corner.
