Worst experience for the cost. We were a part of 4 with a departure time of 2:30. Bus did not arrive until 3:30. They only offered a $5 refund... the whole experience was horrible. People had no were to us the restroom while waiting. I would not recommend. Being late is a frequent thing with this company.

The concept is cool but the execution was subpar. We had a tour guide that had been in ATL for a couple of weeks; so she couldn’t really add to the experience except the narration for the tour. She was good at singing. I believe the experience would’ve been enhanced with a more knowledge and entertaining host. The food was blah… they served chicken, roast beef and egg salad unless you get the Luxe package; which I was unaware of. The server was nice. Upon entry the bus smelled like weed.

I was really looking forward to this experience with my friends. Upon boarding the bus there was an awful smell. We got seated but the tables were not wiped and the dinner napkins were dirty. I walked away feeling that I didn't get the experience I was hoping for. The entertainer was fantastic and the tea server was great. The scones were dry but sandwiches were good.

This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone in any city. Our experience was to start at noon. The morning of the activity, we were texted and called with a recording letting us know that the bus had been postponed and the experience would start one hour late. We rearranged our afternoon activity no problem and made our way to the meeting point. Once at the meeting point, we learned the bus drove past, the driver threw up a peace sign, and kept on driving. There were many of us standing on the sidewalk waiting for the event to begin. At 1:15pm we all began calling the main office to find out when the bus would arrive. We all were put on hold for a very long period of time. Some of us hung up and some stayed on the call. Once Bradford came back on the line he had no information for us. He said the bus would be there soon. At this point, we were all standing and waiting for ~45 minutes. We called again and we were immediately put on hold. We were on hold for 20-30 minutes. Once Bradford came back on the line he said the bus would be at the meeting point at 2pm. TWO HOURS late!! We asked for an upgrade in the type of tea for our inconvenience and were told no. We asked for our money back and were told we could do this, but then we would not be able to go on the experience. We then asked for some sort of compensation and Bradford didn't seem to understand what we meant. The customer service was underwhelming to say the least. We explained that a return of $25 would be acceptable. We were told we needed to write an email. I wrote an email and it was requested that I send "proof that I was on the bus." I sent in my tickets and I have yet to hear from them again. This company is not to be trusted and has no moral values or customer satisfaction concern. We missed out late afternoon activity because the bus was so late. Once on board, we found the staff was also in the dark about the occurrences of the day and had to manage a group of unhappy customers on their own. At that point, we all tried to make lemonade out of lemons and laughed and had a good time. In general, the bus interior is old and has an odor, the food was not that good with cold stale bread, and there is not enough tea served to constitute an entire cup. There is no cream or milk offered and sugar is offered once in the middle of the program. For the price of this experience, I recommend you take a different city tour, then go have high tea at a nice hotel.
