This was an excellent way to have a team bonding and birthday with friends and colleague. We learned so much about the city and at the same time enjoyed the 5T provided as well as all of the finger foods. I would give five star out of five star for the food and the service Staff went above and beyond.

I am a middle school principal and the counselor at my school scheduled this tour as a culminating field trip for our girls' mentoring group. We were building up the excitement with the girls for weeks! The girls were dressed up with fancy dresses, fasteners, gloves, and pearls. We rode a school bus from our school in the south suburbs all the way downtown to the pickup location. Imagine our disappointment when less than 30 minutes prior to our scheduled tour (12pm) we receive a text stating our tour was delayed and will be pushed back to the 1pm tour. The representative from the company was very cavalier telling us to simply reschedule or get a refund if that didnt work for us. Unfortunately, the 1pm tour would not allow us to get our students back by dismissal. Thankfully, there was a Wildberry Cafe (they were awesome) next door who accommodated our party of 30 and the girls enjoyed a wonderful brunch downtown instead. I'm still very disappointed in Tea Around Town not keeping tightly to their scheduled tour times!

Never book again! We booked for today 12/9/25 on 12pm. We were spent 1hr drive from suburbs to downtown chicago. We were just parked. They sent late cancelations email and called due to bus issues. . Just 45 minutes earlier then the booking time.? Wasting my time and my $30 parking fees. Unfair for ppl who spent time and money on this event. Don't waste your time and money for this.

We had a tour scheduled during a winter storm. The company refused to cancel the tour so we arrived and boarded. The first issue is that we were missing some food items that were supposed to be served, 2nd issue was that we were served tea in big paper cups, not the take home souvenir cup. A HUGE issue was the tour halted about 1/4 way through, we were just sitting on a random block for 30 mins. The it was announced the tour was over due to bus issues and that we could catch a CTA bus or Uber back to our destination point....IN A SNOW STORM!...after ppl got upset it was announced they would drop us back off at pick up point. So, they didnt finish tour, didnt give refunds. Tried to complain on the social media pages and they hid all the negative comments made by ppl on our bus. Also the rose' they give you for the luxe option is Welches Juice Rose' ....so misleading. Very sketchy company, please be aware. I will be reporting them tomorrow to BBB.

This experience could have been really nice if the company would have rescheduled. There was a bad snow storm and the roads was horrible but the company would not cancel or reschedule. I feel like they didn't care about the safety of anyone or what it would take for people to get there. You couldn't really see any of the scenery due to the foggy windows. So it could have been a good experience if the weather was better. I just have a bad taste in my mouth about this company and I was not happy with them.
