In Hawaii, the Humpback Whale migration is a time of celebration and witnessing one of the true amazing experiences in life! We offer 2 times every day, to witness these amazing Humpback Whales. We cannot control nature and these amazing animals as this is a wildlife tour so we offer a policy that guarantees whale sightings on our tour, or you get to go free on the next available tour!

Our comfortable, spacious, vessel often attract whales led by our expert captains and crew who are knowledgeable on these animals to help narrate what you are seeing first hand. Our crew will explain these Humpback Whales actions between breaches, flukes, tail slaps, movements in the water and more!

-We are one of the only vessels that allow you to bring your own snacks and beverages!
-We offer snacks, beverages, gifts and other retail items for purchase, all proceeds go to Humpback Whale research and preservation.

• Dress appropriately. Viewing whales is often best done outside on the viewing decks. Wear sunscreen, secure hats and belongings and dress for breezy "on the water" conditions
• Maximum capacity is 145 passengers
• Tour operator reserves the right to substitute vessels, routes and destinations based on vessel operations, weather and sea conditions without notice
• Due to new Homeland Security Procedures all passengers may be subject to a random search of their personal effects (including carry ons) and all passengers must be able to provide identification upon the request of vessel personnel as proof of his/her identity. Due to these changes it is imperative that each guest have a valid ID with them at all times.
• Check-in minimum 30 minutes prior to departure of tour at the Lahaina Cruise Company booth on the Main Loading Dock, next to construction site.

• Secure your parking before check-in time as 3-hour free parking & pay parking lots are monitored for citations. All are within a few minutes walk to check-in point.
• Tour boarding begins and closes 10 minutes before departure.
• Departures leave promptly at designated times to avoid delays on return times.
• Full refunds are eligible with 24-hr notice. Less than 24-hr notice due to medical circumstances a doctor visit note may be required for a full refund.
