The guided tour was terrific. From San Fransico to New York Chris was the best guide we have ever had.

[Best Valued 5-Hour Experience] This is a guided tour of the World Trade Center Complex, covering the events of September 11, 2001, especially the Heroes and Survivors of “Stairwell B". Using large 11" x 17" historical photos of September 11th, this tour chronicles the events of that day, discovering how First Responders saved over half a million lives. Be astonished by the bravery of firefighters and learn how the “Angel of Stairwell B” helped save a team of firefighters including the miracle of the “911 Surfer," who rode down with 88 stories of imploding debris. Concluding inside the Memorial Plaza, marvel at the new designs and structures. This is the definitive tour of September 11, 2001. This Triple Play Package includes Skip-the-Ticket-Line Access into the September 11th Memorial Museum and One World Observatory. All guests must check through security for the museum and observatory. My best friend and I recently took the World Trade Center tour with the 9/11 Museum & Observatory All-Access experience, and our guide, Benjamin, was exceptional from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the facts surrounding 9/11, and because he was living in New York City at the time, he brought a level of authenticity and credibility that you just can’t teach. Beyond his expertise, Benjamin is warm, personable, and easy to talk to. He consistently checked in with everyone in the group to make sure we were okay, especially given the emotional nature of the day. One of the men on our tour had lost his father—a firefighter—on 9/11, and Benjamin showed him such genuine empathy and compassion. It was truly moving to witness. Spending the day with Benjamin felt like being guided by someone we had known for years. He created a sense of comfort and connection that made the entire experience even more meaningful. For a day that is incredibly sad and devastating in American history, I wouldn't have wanted to be led through the tour by anyone else. Highly, highly recommend booking with him.

Such a must see! The tour was entirely outside walking around the World Trade Center complex. David explained everything in great details showing before, during and now photos. Explaining what happened, the first responders dilemmas and the unfolding of events. Gut wrenching. After his tour we then had access to the museum and One World Observation level . Great museum and the views were spectacular at the top! Highly highly recommend!
