This was not a good experience. The boat ride and tour was by a different company and it was great. But this company charged us $14 more for the same activity. They also did not forward our reservation and the boat company had to call multiple times to clear things up. We were told to arrive before 9 am but the boat ride did not start until 1 hour later. We would love a refund for 2.
