Wonderful food, wonderful people! We enjoyed everything this place had to offer. We just wish that we would have made it out there a bit sooner not realizing that they had separate stations for us to learn more about Hawaiian culture, traditions, and enjoy the amazing ambience. This is a no miss experience!

Toa Luau invites you to immerse yourself in the beauty and excitement of Polynesia on Oahu’s historic North Shore! Book any one our 3 Luau seating options. We have 2 Luau showings per day, first luau starts at 12:30pm and second luau starts at 5pm. Set aside ample time in the day to walk through the fragrant flower lei gardens or hike among some of Hawaii’s most diverse plant life and even swim at the refreshing Waimea falls (Botanical Garden is closed on Mondays in January, February, October, and November). I chose the Toa Luau because of all the amazing reviews and it did not disappoint! I would take my family and friends here next time! The performers were all super friendly and caring. It truly felt like a family instead of staff waiting on you. I got the Silver seating and it got me 1 drink, but they gave me a second drink for free because their machines were down. I went solo but everyone was really welcoming; I was talking to other guests and the performers. I also sat in the back, but could see everything perfectly because they put you on comfy bar stools, so it was nice to see the big picture. They included us in cute and memorable ways too (teaching us to dance, highlighting people's honeymoons/anniversaries/birthdays). The performers were the ones welcoming you, directing you, giving you a lei, walking you to your table, and bringing you your food. They even gave some people second plates if asked. The pork was so flavorful. And the coconut cake at the end stood out. The teriyaki chicken, mac salad, rice, and salad were good too. I was full by the end of it. The drinks were also fun and fruity. They were strong, but tasted like juice. You can feel the genuine care and love they have. They did a lot of activities: poi balls, basket weaving, hula, fire, climbing coconut trees, letting us try traditional foods -- on top of the scheduled performances. We spent ~3.5 hours there and it went by so fast. They showcased different Polynesian islands and their dances. The host/owner was so kind and funny (without it feeling forced). I was genuinely laughing the whole time. I also loved how he gave the spotlight to the drummers, the backstage crew, the production crew, his family, and the new generation of dancers. He also stayed to take pictures with everyone, and asked where everyone traveled from. 100% recommend the Toa Luau if you want a more intimate and impactful night. Your ticket also gets you into Waimea Valley (~$20 alone) for free, which I think is worth it if you want to walk through the botanical garden, see the waterfall, and even swim in the water (life jackets provided). The waterfall was full when I went on 10/24/25. You could also even spend the day in Haleiwa or Waimea Bay if you wanted to make the day out of it. Overall, perfect experience for solo travelers, couples, and families :) Mahalo!

The Luau was one of our best experiences during our stay on Oahu. It was very interactive and informative and made us feel immersed in the cultures of the Polynesian islands. All of the staff was very nice and accomodating and the meal was excellent. The host was very fun and did a great job of keeping everyone involved and explaining the different aspects of the activities and performances. The performances were the signature aspect of the event and showcased distinct dances from 5 different Polynesian Cultures. It was truly incredible.
