We got a lot of cultural experiences from this luau, and learned a lot about different Polynesian cultures. The food was great, and the performers did a great job. They also helped out serving us, and made everyone feel so welcome.

The reservation information was helpful to follow as far as start time and details. It was suggested we visit the park as our ticket allowed us entry. Loved visiting the park adjacent to the luau site. My husband rented an electric scooter which was perfect for getting to the Waimea Falls at the end of the paved path. The park is beautiful and some spots were almost fairytale in setting. For the luau - We (4 of us) were seated at our high-top table (silver level) with 6 other people which was snug but everyone was friendly. We were greeted with an orchid lei and drink tickets. We could see the show from over the heads of the low tables in front of us. We enjoyed the different outdoor activities before dinner and the crew was excellent! The meal was very, very generous in proportions and variety and we were pleasantly surprised that the food was better than expected. The costumes were very nice and we had an entertaining show after dinner including fire dances. We also enjoyed the size of the venue which made it easier to get around and see the show. Crew was great! Our daughter and young family recommended this luau!

This north shore Waimea valley luau was amazing. We spent the late afternoon enjoying a walk to the waterfall in the botanical garden on property with the luau site, then on to the luau. At the luau, we enjoyed traditional Polynesian activities like breaking and scraping coconuts, weaving palm fronds into head bands and watching our hosts demonstrate traditional stone fire cooking. Then we ate a Hawaiian meal including roasted pork, teriyaki chicken, rice, Mac salad, green salad, Hawaiian sweet rolls, local fruits and coconut and coconut cake for dessert. This delicious meal was followed by dancing and performances representing multiple Polynesian islands and drumming.

Beautiful property. Loved that they taught about preparing food, opening and getting milk from coconuts, making traditional leaf headbands. They also showed how they climb coconut trees! Food was delicious and the show was beautiful! Very informative! Take advantage of the ticket to the botanical gardens. You can use up to a week before or after your luau.
