My friend and I had a confirmed 6:00 PM jet ski reservation and arrived at the listed address at 5:15 PM to ensure we were early. We spent over 30 minutes outside attempting to gain access to the building. When we finally got inside around 5:50 PM, multiple people confirmed we were in the correct location.
While inside, I approached a woman who was clearly handling booking-related phone calls. After explaining our situation to her in person, she responded that she could reschedule us for the next day. However, we were only in Miami for one day, so rescheduling was not an option. At no point did she inform us that the business closed at 5:00 PM or that our 6:00 PM reservation would not be honored.
We then called the number provided on the booking site. We were placed on hold for 10 minutes and eventually hung up on. When I called back and explained the situation, I was told the business closes at 5:00 PM and that there were no available 6:00 PM slots — despite our confirmed reservation for that exact time. Because we were within the 24-hour cancellation window, we were also denied the ability to cancel or receive an automatic refund.
We arrived early, followed all instructions, confirmed we were at the correct location, spoke with staff in person, and attempted multiple phone calls. The failure to provide the service we paid for was not due to any fault on our end.
This experience was extremely disappointing and handled unprofessionally from start to finish. We still haven’t got our refund.

Minors (passenger only) under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the jet ski
For your safety, each Jet Ski has a 300lbs (~136kg) max weight limit to ensure balance & control. If weight limit exceeded for double riders, 1 Jet Ski/person will be assigned with an extra fee.,
