Just took a group of 20 from our church Saturday and we had a blast! We called ahead to make sure we got group rates and that there was availability for a group so large, Michael was very helpful in setting up our reservation. We had 14 kids from our youth/children’s church groups and six adult chaperones. The kids and adults all had fun. Staff was kind and very helpful. They took good care of the kids, especially in the climbing zone where the harnesses were a little hard for us to figure out, they were busy the whole time I was there helping kids in and out of harnesses and making sure everyone was jumping safely. Would highly recommend.

Abby, the attendant we met at the counter, was fantastic and such a pleasure to deal with. She recommended the day pass that our family saw as a great value once presented with the option.

The staff is unbelievably rude and ignorant. Apparent the rules do not apply to locals. The staff certainly needs to be retrained. I will NEVER ever visit this terrible establishment again. I am just amazed at how rude they were. It blows my mind. Certainly not a good way to run a business in a tourist town. Never ever again.

Horrible experience. Don’t waste your money. Thought I would purchase the 90 minute experience for my 7 and almost 4 year old. I was informed when we arrived my 4 year old (being under 42”) would need to stay in the toddler area, no big deal! When we got to the trampoline area, we were with a local group (matching shirts gave that away). Apparently rules only apply to out of towners. The local group had small children (under 42”) bouncing on the trampolines so I let my 3 year old go with her big brother. Within seconds we were told she had to return to the kiddie area. I did question the staff over why it was okay for some and not others and specifically asked for the kiddie area to be watched closer. Staff responds but shrugging her shoulders. My 3 year old returned to the kiddie area when 4, well over 42” boys and a teenage girl came in, no one said anything to them. My 7 year old went in with her because again, if it’s good for locals, it’s good for us, too, right? Within moments of the locals time being up, staff magically appears to tell my 7 year old he has to leave the area. Horribly run establishment, extremely mad I wasted my money when we could have spent it elsewhere and have been appreciated.

This negative review is with respect to the manager who worked the morning of Friday, May 16: I brought up a concern to an employee concerning a sexually explicit song playing over the house radio. He asked if I'd like to speak to the manager, to which I politely agreed. The manager was stopped by another employee who appeared to be giving him the rundown on the situation as if I were some boligerant and unreasonable guest. I approached the two and politely asked again if he could change the song. He said he would have to contact corporate to get the music changed. I told him I would like for him to do that. He obviously didn't think I would ask him to go through all that trouble because his response was full of attitude. He frustratingly asked what the problem with the song was. I explained that a song about two lesbians making out is not appropriate with all the children present. I believe him when he said corporate set the playlist. Corporate - you need to have parents work with you on your playlist. But what I do not believe is the suggestion that they have no control over the music in house. They can pause, skip, and temporarily turn off the music. The attitude of the manager was entirely unacceptable. My request was politely made and was not unreasonable. Instead of treating me like a burden, at the least should have said, "Yes sir, I'll give corporate a call or skip the song..." Parents are responsible to ensure the physical, emotion, and spiritual safety of their children. If you work with children in any capacity, you need to recognize the role of the parent and hear their concerns. If you can't do that, we can't trust you with our kids
