We had done the Contrast tour 10 years ago. The route was a little different, addapting to new points off interest.
Carlos' explenation and different points of view, from a historical perspective was truly educative. We enjoyed interacting with him a lot!

Very good tour by an excellent guide Luis Alarcon, knows a lot of new York, always ready to answer your questions, with a sense of humor and very friendly.
At first I did not get a good impression, as a logistics problem in my pickup, but it was quickly fixed, that did not affect throughout the tour.

An exceptional tour. We thought we already knew NY until we got on the bus and were taught the different neighborhoods. The guide, both for his knowledge and his attitude, was a great part of the success. Thanks Lucas!!
