What You'll Get
The time starts at the time the service was booked.
We have a 15 minutes waiting time, after that is consider no show,unless client has contact us saying why they are getting late.
If the transfer gets over the one hour time because of the client's delay, we charge half hour more and so on.
Client is supposed to give us a contact phone number, which the driver will contact the client saying that he/she is on location for the pick up.
At the airport time starts when the plane lands, we have one hour from the moment the plane lands until the arrival at the hotel.
At the airport our drivers will have a sign with the clients name on it by the carrousel
